Here is some information and tips to help you prepare for exams

  • Make a note of your exam dates on your calendar or smart phone
  • Display your calendar where your family can see it
  • Utilise the exam timetable and the revision guidelines that your subject teacher has given to you
  • Revisit topics at the start of each revision session

  • Eat plenty of brain food – fish, fruit, vegetables, nuts, dark chocolate, eggs etc
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Get plenty of sleep – you need around 8 hours sleep each night
  • Intervention sessions after school
  • Half term revision/Easter revision
