All students who are in school today will be bringing home a work pack. This work pack will last until Easter. After the Easter holidays, all work provided for students learning from home will be on an online platform called ‘Insight’. Click HERE for the instructions on how access Insight. The website will be the main point of communication so please check the website regularly.
Today was the last day for students in Year 11, who are not to attend on Friday 20th March. The Academy will be open as normal tomorrow (Friday 20th March) for students in Year 7-10. From Monday, the Academy will be closed to everyone other than the children of key workers and vulnerable children. Updates will continue to be posted on this website as they become available.
Following the announcement of the Government, the academy will close to the majority of students at 3.05pm on Friday 20th March. More information will be shared over the next two days which will include how work will be set for students being educated at home. Information will also be shared on how the school will be open to children within vulnerable categories and children of keyworkers. – Mrs Robson, Principal
